    Andy Bailey

    As the owner of Abuzz Training, Andy’s focus is to enhance your employees' performance and customers' experience by creating and delivering outstanding training, learning and development solutions for your people.

    Since his first training role in 1996, he’s had a track record in creating truly engaging training courses and development programmes that give you and your stakeholders what they need.

    Andy first 10 years training and management development experience were gained with First Direct.  He’s gone on to work with many businesses and clients that include Bupa, Aon, Eon, Legal & General, Principality Building Society, Brookson Group, Haribo, In Health, Jumeirah Hotels, Diabetes UK, Versus Arthritis, and many more.

    Keith Stopforth

    Keith is an outstanding Business Leader with experience across numerous sectors including Retail, Financial Services, Banking, Construction, Outsourcing, Legal, Automotive, Pharma and Healthcare.

    Before entering the world of consulting, he worked as Head of Talent and Development in Bupa both in the UK and internationally.

    Keith brings a unique skillset to his work, harnessing his background in Sales and Retail, he possesses a strong commercial acumen.

    Louise Thomas

    Louise has worked in Financial Services for 20 years, including 16 years in Learning & Development. She is an NLP Business Practitioner and an Accredited Coach.

    She is passionate about inspiring people to be the very best they can and recognising their full potential.

    Louise loves using NLP techniques and believes strongly in the benefits of Emotional Intelligence to make learning come alive.

    Karen McGowan

    Karen has over 25 years experience of working within Financial Services, including 15 years in the field of Learning & Development.

    She is an NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach and holds a BA (hons) degree in Social Science and an NVQ in Training.

    Learning is Karen’s passion and she has a natural ability to facilitate others to be able to discover their own potential.

    Darryl Hobbins

    Darryl is an outstanding trainer and designer with 20 years’ experience in the Learning Design field, all of which have been involved in digital solutions.

    He’s held various management and leadership posts for 10 of those years managing teams of e-learning designers and project managers.

    His breadth of knowledge and experience of learning innovation and creativity both online and in the classroom. Strategic consultation with corporate and commercial organisations both at a regional and global level.

    Lisa Thompson

    Lisa has worked within Customer Service and Sales for over 15 years undertaking various management roles for the last 13 years.

    She is obsessively passionate about developing people, giving them the tools to be engaged and empowered to do their job brilliantly – not because they have to but because they want to!

    Don Kersley

    A senior Coach and Leadership Practitioner with global experience across a range of industries where a reputation for excellence, professionalism and achieving high quality results has been built.

    Developing individuals globally for over 20 years has resulted in having great pride in watching leaders grow in confidence, capability and commitment, becoming more self-aware and recognising the imprint their leadership has on others Coaching with Care and Edge, able to support and challenge them, creating insight and fresh thinking and with the on-going desire to help them to continually grow.

    Working Internationally, have facilitated senior leaders’ events in Asia and group team events across Europe, supporting and challenging individuals to reach their potential.
